Horizon Servitas will inform all the applicant's data it has stored.

Horizon Servitas will inform which companies it shares the applicant's data with.

Horizon Servitas will alter the data according to new information sent by the applicant, excluding previously registered data.

Horizon Servitas will inform what consent was provided and formalize that it will no longer be used for this purpose, unless there is a legal provision.

Horizon Servitas will delete and/or anonymize the data, so it can never be linked to the data subject again, unless there is a legal provision for its storage.

Horizon Servitas will inform what consent was provided to the data so the applicant can object to it.

Horizon Servitas will deliver the data in a common reading format and/or another format deemed relevant, provided that this format allows the user to send their data to another company.

Rights of the data subject

As a personal data subject, at any time and upon request, you may ask for:

  1. Confirmation of the existence of data processing;
  2. Access to the data;
  3. Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  4. Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed in noncompliance with the provisions of this Law;
  5. Portability of the data to another service or product provider, upon explicit request, in accordance with the national authority's regulations, observing commercial and industrial secrets;
  6. Deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the data subject, except in the cases provided for in Art. 16 of the General Data Protection Law;
  7. Information about public and private entities with which the controller has shared data;
  8. Information about the possibility of not providing consent and about the consequences of the denial;
    • The personal data subject has the right to petition regarding their data against the controller before the national authority.
    • The data subject may object to processing carried out based on one of the situations of waiver of consent, in case of noncompliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law.
    • The rights provided for herein will be exercised upon express request of the data subject or a legally constituted representative, to the processing agent.
    • In case it is impossible to immediately adopt the measure described above, the COMPANY will send a reply to the data subject in which it may:
      1. Communicate that it is not the data processing agent and indicate, whenever possible, the agent; or
      2. Indicate the reasons of fact or of law that prevent the immediate adoption of the measure.
    • The request will be fulfilled free of charge to the data subject, within the deadlines and under the terms provided by regulation.
    • The controller must immediately inform the processing agents with whom it has shared data of the correction, deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data, so they can repeat the identical procedure, except in cases where such communication is proven impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
    • The portability of personal data does not include data that has already been anonymized by the controller.
    • The right referred to in Paragraph 1 of this article may also be exercised before consumer defense bodies.
